  • Bought used motorcycle from them and paid $ 688,- for a so called "UVC" (Used Vehicle Certification). Salesperson explained "This is what we have to pay to our mechanic to go through the bike and to certify it before we can sell it to you. Bill of sale instead showed $ 688 for "assembly". I talked to the store manager and asked him why they would charge $ 688 for assembly if the bike was used and he explained "this is on all of our forms, it was actually for the "UVC". I asked to get the certificate that I had paid for but instead I only received copies of some minor repairs (reflector, O-ring, fuel pump) which were done under warranty at no cost. Actually, they did not do anything for the $ 688,- it was just a bogus "fee" to increase profits while keeping the advertised sales price low. They did not pay their mechanic $ 688,- this was a lie to make me believe that I would actually get a thorough inspection and a certificate for my money. Their response: "Many dealerships do this, so there is nothing wrong with it." They also charged me twice as much for the registration without refunding the difference. (Besides the $ 499 "documentation fee" which covers their work to apply for the title and the registration.) I feel that this is close to fraud. Not a dealership that I would trust. Dealerships with integrity are different.
