  • My family used to come here all the time, haven't been there in 6 months due to our favorite waiter gone. Went there tonight because we miss it. OMG! was the worst experience! Staff was boring, no smiles, no good service, no fun, over priced beers on happy hour. So sad that this place was the "happening " spot, what happened? ? I blame it on the staff and probably poor management. If they aren't outgoing and friendly then customers aren't going to enjoy themselves. If this place doesn't change soon they will never survive. And, apparently according to other yelp reviews I'm not the only one. Get it together Buffalo!
