  • Just walked out of DSW feeling a bit happier. Found a pair of boots I really loved for 1/2 the original price On top of that, employee Janene was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. She know the how a particular brand was stocked and gave me some advice about the fit of the boots I eventually purchased. She was also very nice and easy to talk to.
