  • We wasted over an hour here trying to open a business checking account. First try, their system lost all the info just before finishing and we had to start over from the beginning. Second time after getting everything entered, they got a call from legal saying that they won't open an account for a Cuban refugee, because we might all be terrorists. I'm not making this up, I have a recording of it. When I said that was crazy and probably illegal, he promised that the branch manager AND their legal department would call me the next day. But they didn't. A few days later I get a call from their customer complaints department, and she really has no answers on why this happened, but promises to check and call back in 24-48 hours. Here it is day 3 without a call back...
