  • DONT DO Business WITH THE FLOOR MANAGER! Ok.so this freaking floor manger made me sick.checked their online lease deal for the Elantra,and walked in to talk to Ben chun.but Ben was busy,and his partner got some information from us.then the freaking floor manager showed up,and give us all kinds crap!first of all,brush your teeth or have a gum or something before you talk to somebody.told the guy VW offered me$214 for the Jetta,but if the Elantra deal is better,I would take Elantra.the guy told me to drive the car first,and saying it drives way better than the Jetta.i told him I don't want to test drive it until I have an offer from you,and saying that can't give me a price without test drive it!this is how you guys do business.? Walked away and went VW got my Jetta the next day.i went there,bc I knew what I want,and if you guys offer me the special which showed online for $189 a month,I would take the car.man,I should just wait to talk to Ben.
