  • I had an excellent shopping experience at the outlet store. In spite of how busy they were the sales associate, Monica, took the time to show me the items I was looking for. I bought a washer and dryer and the prices were great. I haven't taken delivery yet so I'm not going to give a review on the quality of the products but then again, how functional they are is more a manufacturing problem than a store issue. If they break I'm going to have an issue with Whirlpool and not Sears per se.
