  • BAD MOUSTACHE EXPERIENCE TODAY... Look. I like the place and the friendly customer service. The free drinks. The overall atmosphere. Prices are expensive though, so I EXPECT they know how to do a mans cut and facial hair. Today I docked two stars because THEY CUT OFF MY HANDLEBAR MOUSTACHE! I asked for hair off the lip, but they ended up cutting the hairs that were super long and curled the handlebar. They were apologetic on the phone and said they would note my file to have a discount. But we'll see next time if that happens. Hopefully I'll be able to rate them 5 stars in the future but right now I'm super mad.
