  • WOW! Let me just say I am impressed! I don't really eat at buffets much, but I feel compelled to give this one a lot of credit. Everything from the staff to the food was amazing from beginning to end. The staff was friendly and was always providing top notch service. We never had a dirty dish on our table and always had our beverages filled to the top. I also appreciated how Chef Kreg asked how we were enjoying our meal. The little things like that help enhance your experience and make you feel valued. The food was absolutely phenomenal! I almost wish I didn't get full so fast so I could try more. My favorite part was the endless amount of fresh seafood. They never ran low on anything and every item I picked seemed like it was in the ocean the day before. I also would like to rave about the lamb chops. I am picky with lamb, so it says a lot if they got my approval with that one. It was cooked to perfection along with their other meat choices. I had the prime rib as well and wish I had saved room for the cowboy steak. I didn't have it, but my friend said it was her favorite. My favorite dessert was the pistachio gelato. I have this odd obsession with pistachios so I when I saw it in the gelato form, I had to indulge. It was the perfect way to end my perfect dinner. The best way I could describe this experience is it truly is fine dining cuisine in a buffet setting. Kudos to Chef Kreg, our server Kelly, and the rest of the staff. Keep up the good work, guys! I'll be back soon!
