  • As part of an energy audit performed by Convenient Home Services, Chris, came to our house and did a very thorough inspection, even measuring the house for himself to get the square footage. He sent another representative, Lance, from King Insulation, to give us an estimate for the insulation installation. They did not insulate the whole house, as was indicated in the extensive audit. Now they are threatening a lawsuit. Yes, they are very courteous, but they can't be trusted. Guess we'll see them in court.
