  • I have been coming here for the past 6 months to get an oil change every two months. I have asked each time to check the brakes because every time I slowed down it would have a horrible vibration and metal grinding sound. I took it in a week ago for another oil change and asked them again to check the brakes. I was told that the sound was the inside flap that broke loose and was rubbing the tire. I asked if the brakes were fine and was told yes. They also tried to tell me that my front tires were 80% worn down, it was a brand new tire!! I've had several locations check it and all agreed the tire was perfectly fine. They are crooks. I will never go back here again. They also took my mother in law for money for 4 new tire when she didn't need them. Corporate will be contacted.
