I would give them zero stars if I possibly could. The only positive aspect of this salon was that they take walk-ins. From the start, I walked in, confused by no one saying "welcome" or "how can I help you" until I looked around for about 30 seconds when a lady signaled me to her. She did not stand up and certainly did not have good customer service skills. I told her I just wanted to get my gel polish taken off, but they talked me into getting a manicure as well. They were incredibly rude to me and laughed when I did not understand a question they were asking (she was mumbling with a medical mask on and had a heavy accent). Not to assume, but it was very clear that after, her and another coworker were talking badly about me in their own language. They did a horrible job on a simple manicure by being very rough with fixing up my cuticles to the point where it almost bled, filing my nails down way too short, leaving nail polish on my skin, and not taking they're time to do it right. Not to forget, another lady working there was at the station next to me watching a tv show on a tablet with the volume up high. It was very unprofessional and without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy it was so horrible. Never have I felt so insecure by lack of customer service and rudeness. BEWARE
