I've come to really enjoy Aunt Chiladas! I hadn't heard of them until referred there by a former employee when I was looking for a place to have Sunday watch parties for the Indianapolis Colts fan club I help organize. Unfortunately the 2017 season was not kind to the team, so our attendance was low. But Jennie and her staff were always cheerful and positive when we came, no matter how small the group was. Because most of the Colts games were the 10a/11a early games, we pretty much had TV of choice... and sometimes given sound, or even the big TV and all over sound!
Their chips = BOMB DOT COM. d00d-- how do they make them so effing fluffy and not like a normal tortilla chip?! I could pretty much eat a basket or2 of those myself when I wasn't terribly hungry for something on the brunch menu (besides mimosas and chocolate fondue).
Their menu is massive BTW- and they serve massive plates! Pretty much anytime I'd order from the menu I'd leave with a to-go box. Even the simple things like quesadillas are bigger than my hands! Totally worth the price.
Aunt Chilada's spot is also quite unique to AZ being that they hold AZ liquor license #1 and the building literally has history in the woodwork. Ask one of the family members for the 411 on the building and you'll get taken on a stroll thru AZ history.
