  • I am familiar with this park because my wife lived here with her grandparents for many years. They lived in Rancho Tempe for decades. Now their space has been taken by my in-laws, so I am still visiting the park regularly. Location. Location. Location. This park is directly across from Arizona Mills Mall and just next to the 60 freeway. Plenty of nearby food options, places to work, shop, etc. Over the years, management has changed a couple of times but the park has stayed clean. The park, the pools, and the grounds are well-maintained. Neighbors come and go, but the people I have met over the years have all been friendly and sociable. Nice little community. One word of caution to visitors - do not leave your vehicle parked on any street within the park after 10 PM. Park in a driveway or designated visitor space or your vehicle will be towed.
