After being out all day, I tried to stop at this Sobeys on my way home.
However, when I got to the door, I noticed that there was a no backpack policy.
The sign didn't give me any option to leave the backpack at the front desk or anything.
What's up with this? It's Toronto. Many people walk around with backpacks. It's how many people without cars carry things, including groceries. Why not come up with a reasonable policy, instead of a blanket one that may turn away paying customers?
