  • This rental car experience couldn't have been better. We waited over 40 minutes only to have the people at EZ Rent a Car be totally rude so we cancelled out reservation and walked down the way to Alamo. The customer service at Alamo was amazing! We didn't wait at all, we got upgraded, and it ended up being $13 cheaper than EZ. They were awesome and from now on I'm starting with Alamo before I check prices anywhere else. Thanks to the team that was there on Friday afternoon for being so helpful!
