  • Whatever you do, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO PURRFECT AUTO on St. Rose and Eastern! Every time I took my vehicle in, they "found a problem"... to the tune of $5000 over a 2 year period. I never had problem before I went there, and never after. It finally dawned on me that something wasn't right and I began researching them online. This company has been caught sabotaging vehicles via hidden cameras placed in vehicles by various Las Vegas News stations. I paid dearly for not doing my research before trusting them with my vehicle. There was a class action lawsuit against them... and although they claim to have changed management, the owner is still the same person and they still practice the same illegal tactics. An ex-employee of Purrfect Auto whom is an acquiantance of mine quit because he refused to sabotage vehicles, as he was instructed to do. Bottom line... STAY AWAY FROM PURRFECT AUTO. Soon afterwards, I thought I found honest mechanics at Sunset Auto Imports... but they screwed me over after years of honest service. I wish I could recommend an honest mechanic, but to this day, I still have not found one.
