This company is dishonest. They required that I send documentation multiple times. I suggest you sent everything certified mail. They denied my claim because I signed a receipt form, even though the form states I had 90 days to file a complaint. My only suggestions is to make the movers wait while you cross check every box and unwrap every items to check for damage. I encourage anyone dealing with these disreputable people to document every transaction and file a complaint with the Federal Motor Carriers Association.
