  • The worst experience ever... They don't know what the customer service mean at all. Like come on, this is America and you have to treat your customers the best way you can! What I experienced there, it's awful, rude and very unpleasant visit. Those Vietnamese people work for the quantity NOT the quality... Rush you in order to wait on next customer. If you want a little more attention to your nails, they even can show you some attitude and offer to go to another tech. can you believe that ridiculousness?? Anyway my first and last visit. Good luck people in your Asian style business...
