| - growing up in the area, born and raised, always appreciated and adored the beauty of Broadstone Talavera! now blessed with a amazing opportunity to dwell commute in its loving walls, and greatly appreciating Alliance property management and the office of Talavera to accommodate to me and my roommates special and unique tenant situations.
The first time i walked through the arches of this palace of a office i was greeted from the up-most kind and caring office management I have ever experienced! it felt like home and my mom was giving me a walk through! :P
seriously it was one of the best experiences i have ever had
her name was Susan!=]
she was so sweet, that when we were doing a walk through, their was a man and his elder father who were applying as well, when we did our walk through she was so concerned of our hydration and fatigue and literally had one arm on the elderly man and helped him walk down the street and up the stairs! almost made me cry!=*]
After seeing the AMAZINGLY gorgeous well thought and laid out model!
I explained how i was self employed and have my home businesses, my best friends / roommates care giver , and a student! Also i explained through charts , graphs and bank statements of my companies weekly and monthly expansion and growth rate, also having a wrongful charge on my credit that was being legally disputed,
but even through all of this they helped guide me and wanted to do everything they can to get my application approved!
and so it did!^_^
taking a couple months to get settled in and set up my studios and businesses, even with minor maintenance problems , they have been very understanding and mutual respected of my large and frequent amount of guest and have been the best and speediest in all maintenance issues!:D
their actually having a pluming and house maintenance company going through every apartment to do a diagnostic to evaluate if everyone's air conditioning and heating is working at its optimal efficiency and trying to help everyone save money on their power bill
gates and multiple security patrols!

the landscape "green belts" jogging trails are the BEST part! like having your own lil get away! i go out their and relax all the time and its amazing for my puppy and bigger dogs!
upper class fancy lounge house inside the palace of a office!
all my friends and everyone say they love how pretty and fancy this place is!
i am so happy i want to approach to buy it!;D
bahahahha!xD
a lil expensive but so worth it!
