  • Went into purchase the iPhone 7 with my husband today. We've been loyal TMobile customers for over 3 years now. As soon as we walked in an employee immediately approached us to see what brought us into the store. My husband said he was wanting to upgrade to the iPhone 7. The employee laughed in his face and said, "Not today you won't be." We were not aware that the iPhone 7's were out of stock everywhere. We were just trying to upgrade his phone. Who laughs in someone's face when trying to make a sale? That's horrible customer service. We will not be going to this location anymore.
