  • im working on a project which unfortunately has me going back and forth to the hardware store. this place ALWAYS has one line when i come in. no matter what. and all the self checkout registers are always closed. yet i go to Lowe's in better neighborhoods and their self checkouts are always on. and more than one cashier. ALWAYS! yet there are at least 4 people goofing around at the customer service booth. service here is just pathetic.
