So we bought a Tempur Breeze bed from Cameron just now. Absolutely the best customer service! He did what he could for us and was always polite to us and each person that walked in, acknowledging each and every one. We are super excited to get our new bed tomorrow! Thanks Cameron!!
UPDATE!
We have had our new bed for a little over a week now. Although the bed is OK the sales person was a bit misleading. We went in looking to go from our Cal King to a King. This was stated to our sales person many many times. The answer to us was always "we have a comfort guarantee, if it's not the size or firmness you like, you can exchange it for free one time and pay a $79 delivery fee" Wow, that's great!! Well, long story short, I hate the King size bed. We don't fit well on it vs the Cal king. We called to set up the exchange and were told we could exchange the mattress but not the base. We didn't want or need another base, we love the one we have. After to talking with someone else from the corporate offices (I think) she told us the base of the king will NOT fit the Cal King mattress! What?! And the base is not exchangeable or returnable. AND if I keep the King base and get the Cal King mattress, it will void all warranties! Holy cow! I just spent $7k on a bed and this is what I get?! Had the sales guy told us the bases were not the same for either mattress, we would have stuck with what we knew, the Cal King!
Terrible customer service. Please make sure you fill your customers in completely!! This was a huge purchase for us and now we are completely unhappy with the purchase and customer service.
