Went there today for an appointment, got there 35 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out paperwork and have my insurance verified. The front office receptionist kept telling me that I had to pay a $100 deductible deposit, even though my insurance does not have a deductible for office visits. I calmly explained my policy to her as I work in the medical field and am educated on my insurance benefits. She told me again that I had to pay it and then finally went back to ask the office manager. She came back and said "the office manager understands that you THINK that you understand your benefits, but we require you to pay that $100 deposit." I then asked for my paperwork and items, told her to cancel the appointment and left. We were there 35 minutes early, more than enough time for her to at least call the insurance company and verify my benefits, I even suggested her to do so, yet she did not. The office did not listen and made me feel insulted when the manager said that I THINK I know what I'm talking about. Disappointed and will not be returning.
