  • Great location to so many restaurants & other food options. Centrally located and close to shops including several in the hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms but the Mardi Gras tower can use updating. The hall ways have a smell that a friend describes as "cat pee with something else covering it" haha We did enjoy opening the sliding glass door and hearing the music from the bar below. The signs in the hotel casino are not clear & sometimes finding where you need/want to be was difficult. Our reservation was lost when we first got in and a couple of the CS agents were unfriendly & just presented with horrible service and then there were several that were awesome and helped us navigate where we needed to be & go. Everything got settled and we've moved on.
