  • More like 2.5 stars.... I recently went here for a business lunch and had been wanting to try PCG for years as I have heard great things about it...well, I was kind of disappointed. I ordered the Green Chili Burger (green chili, jack cheese, pickled onions), I ordered the burger med rare and it was waaaay over cooked as there was no pink at all (and I didn't have time to have them cook another one as I was on my lunch hour)...The cheese wasn't even melted causing everything to slide off the burger. The green chili wasn't cooked enough as well. The bread was good but everything in-between wasn't. I had the cole slaw as my side and that was good but nothing that left an impression on me. The other business associates I was with had the Pork special, PCG pasta and the chicken sandwich. All of theirs looked good and I definitely had plate envy. I know for sure if I do go back I will not be ordering the burger but would try something different. Service was great though!
