  • I can not say enough good things about the Children's Heart Center. They began seeing me in the hospital after I was admitted due to fetal heart issues with my baby when I was 26 weeks pregnant. The care I received DAILY from this team was amazing. Once discharged, I continued to attend appts at both the Maryland office and Summerlin office. My baby has been doing great prenatally and they will continue to treat her once she is born. They are so thorough, caring, honest, friendly, bed side manner is amazing. There is rarely a wait, the offices are clean, the staff is so nice, kind and efficient. Mia Rios has been so loving and caring and was there to soothe and support my needs several times, even accompanying me to the hospital at one point and giving me a tour of the NICU on another occasion to prepare us for what was to come. I have mainly seen Dr. Acherman, Dr. Rollins and Dr. Castillo throughout all of my visits and they have alll been amazing. I feel like I have developed great relationships with them and trust them 100%. Im not sure people usually feel so strongly and so confident about an office or team of doctors but they are so great. Even though the situation isnt ideal, they are for sure the silver lining :)
