I brought my cell phone in for an estimate to repair it and was told with the part they needed to order with labor would be $79. I was really on the fence with the cost but decided to go ahead with the repair as I was not eligible for an upgrade with my provider until December. Then I waited 5 days for them to call but had to call them myself. When I did, I was greeted very rudely about my concern for when my phone would be ready. Long story, he called me back later that day to say my phone was ready for pick up. Upon arrival, I placed my SIM card in my phone to make sure it worked and I asked for the guy behind the counter to call me so I could be confident that it was working. My phone would not ring for any of the 3 calls he dialed and he then stated that they don't have good reception for my provider, T-Mobile and that if I went home and it didn't work, to bring it back. Sure enough, it didn't work so my fiance brought it back that same night and told them that it wasn't repaired. I then waited another 3 days before I had to call them. They then expressed the bad news that my phone was "fried" and I could pick it up at any time without a refund. All in all, they were extremely curt, unprofessional, and very belittling. Would not recommend at all.
