  • Terrible service from two of the gals up front (believe one was named Marcella). Hardly looked up at me and were laughing about something on their phone that they were showing each other. The next customer in line got the same treatment. I have been to Press at other locations and this was by far the worst experience. A woman named Michelle came out later and she was professional and nice so I can't justify one star.
