I have taken two classes so far at Classic Cooking and really enjoyed them both. They are organized and have their program down to a science. It's a very comfortable atmosphere and their menus are more interesting than the average class that makes simple items that anyone can do with a recipe and no instruction, which is what you usually find.
I am a seasoned cook and have my own food blog so it isn't easy to impress me at a cooking class. Although I do know most of the techniques and "how to's" already, I have walked away with new tips each time and enjoyed the participation in the class.
They have set it up to be a very social environment as well so meeting others and enjoying wine with the meal makes it even that much better. I applaud them for creating a successful structure for what they do and having the ability to entertain both the novice and the accomplished cook!
