  • A broken spring prevented me from doing my routine this morning so a call to MasterCraft--they installed a new garage door opener in September, 2013--brought technician Jonathan Cope to the house in less than an hour after the call! The price was reasonable, the service fantastic and in about 45 minutes after arrival, the new springs were installed, the rail realigned, the photo eyes checked for alignment and away I can go! I highly recommend MasterCraft to anyone needing garage door/opener service or repairs.
