I just finished the AZSREB contract writing "boot camp" as the final prerequisite for my AZ real estate license. It was another very painful 6 hours of classroom endurance training more than anything else. The instructor was full of lot of interesting anecdotes, but the boot camp had nothing to do with contract writing as far as I could see. He offered a lot of interesting tips of the trade, but without any prior experience in real estate I can't see how anyone could successfully write up a real estate sales contract, addendum or other important doc's based on what was taught in that class. If I had to rate the school just based on the contract-writing boot camp I'd probably be forced to give it just one star. Luckily the class only cost $40, which isn't much money; I guess you get what you pay for.
