I made an appointment to see Dr Dunn for my back but I was never actually seen by him. I saw his PA instead, but I was never asked if that was acceptable. I feel you make an appointment to see a doctor because you chose that Dr., not their assistants. However, the office staff has been good at communicating and getting my paperwork pushed through. The PA did administer the correct care so far, and I'm finding relief for now. I would assume it was the doctors orders that the PA was following. I think I would've been ok with seeing the PA, if I knew from the very beginning that it was my option and I chose it. However, I chose to see Dr Dunn, and I paid an expensive bill for my care and never even saw him.
