  • This review is long overdue..sorry Mark but life has been super busy! I do want to acknowledge this company though..and it's owner, Mark. I was having an a/c issue and I have a home warranty ( Old Republic ) for a/c etc. I placed a call for repair...had just completed an online request and before I could close my iPad, Mark called to schedule service. It always takes at least 24 hours..this was 5 minutes ( and on a weekend) ! Off to a good start. Mark himself arrived the next day and was able to determine a leak in the coils. He went off to get the parts...and to get approval from OR for the fix. The parts turned out to be warranties...so OR would not pay for the labor!!! Wth? Apparently Old Republic changed policies in January and will no longer pay for labor if a part is warrantied. Stupid stupid stupid. Mark was also surprised and sympathetic... gave me a fair deal on the labor and we were on. Have to say that his diagnosis of the problem, super speedy response and good deal on the labor made him a favorite for me. Took less than an hour and job done. If I ever need a/c work ...I'll be calling A Quality! Thank you Mark!
