  • 5 stars for the exceptional service our large group received - I had to make a seriously last minute change of hotels, called the sales manager at Hampton Inn downtown about 3 hours before I would potentially be there needing rooms for 14 people for 3 nights, and she had everything set by the time I arrived. Fantastic customer service from Lauren G. from check in to check out, including help with parking our 2 large vans. Great location, walking distance from Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, and baseball stadium (both of which I took advantage of on my night off), and plenty of local restaurants / bars. Very nice room, even if mine didn't have much of a view (some rooms on the rear side of the hotel face out towards an office building). This will undoubtedly be my top hotel pick next time I come through Cleveland.
