  • Renter beware! Don't be fooled by the sparkling pool (closed more often than not.) My son has autism and needs to be outside. We depend on the pool as an outlet for him when it is hot. It is why we chose to rent here and not a house. The management of this property is unprofessional. The upstairs is too hot and the A/C units they installed do not work. I have unpainted sections on my wall. The paint is peeling. Contractors are sleeping during the day right outside of my apartment. I complained about Johnnay's poor management. She is never in the office. The laundry is broken more often than not. Johnnay insists that there is nothing she can do about it. If residents are not following the rules it is HER job inspect the property. However, facilities break and the complex must fix them in a timely manner. I called the central office and was told that if I don't like it move. Anyone know a decent place?
