  • The worst company!!!! We bought a sectional by internet like 2 months ago, they told us that we gonna recibe the sectional on Sunday of the first month, well we spend all day at home waiting for it and it didn't come, so after waiting on the line for 2 hours they told us to call the delivery company??? Wth!!! Seriously? So ok we called them and also we had to wait such a long time, and they said that we need to check our order with ikea ... we got super angry and we decided to call next day... so we called and they finally gave us another delivery date... next Sunday... we got our sectional but guess what? We miss one piece!!!! OMG!!! Well so we called IKEA for like 3 hours and they told us we will get that piece after one week... today jun 14 is that day, and they didn't call us.. so we called them and they said: sorry we lost your forniture!!! Seriously? How? Are they stupid? Retarded? Or what? I don't know what else can we do, but i just want to advice everyone about this company, if you go to the store and you get something small it is ok I guess, but if you want them to delivery your stuff, well good luck ... I really hate ikea and I won't never buy anything from them again.
