Here goes another funny review for anyone wanting to go here. Everyone has an opinion about how someone conducts their business, some may still like this place and some not.
To get straight to the point, I spoke to the customer service team and they apologized for my bad experience and requested I give them one more chance. I returned and I signed in and waited an hour with once again 4 people in the waiting area and 2 receptionists talking to clients, so guessing they'll be quick, nope, they were having a full blown conversation and as I was preparing to walk out I saw the appointment room and only 1 person was waiting lol.
By the way I only signed in and never had the opportunity to be even called up to give my insurance information and to wait an hour alone for that was beyond pathetic. Common seriously I know I sound that bad, but 4 people waiting not even a full room of waiting that can hold maybe 30 plus people and an hour wait without being called to give insurance. The girl even told me it would be quick.
I went to Summerlin Hospital which took care of me faster than this place and to ask me to come back and that they are all about customer service is a joke, because even the manager was having a full blown conversation and it wasn't about insurance or appointments with the clients it was about places to live and other non medical issues.
If you want better rating maybe your company needs to read the reviews and stop apologizing and asking people to return and fix the problems that are on this site. I know some are good reviews and some are poor, but really we all know no one gets fired and all it is a talk with the employees, well apparently no one cares about how sick a person is while waiting for an hour. I heard the ladies in front of me waited two hours without being called to give their info and they walked out.
