  • When we were leaving, they gave us the check and I noticed the bill was much higher than I expected. We had asked for 2 small dishes of salmon roe and it said they were $1 on the menu. On the bill they charged us $6.50 each!!! I came over and asked her and she said that it cost us more because it wasn't in a hand roll. So I said, no one ever said it was going to cost me anymore than it said on the menu. Long story short, she agreed to take off one of the charges but that is not satisfactory to me. If you are going to charge someone more than it says on the menu, you had better tell them!!! I will never go back and will never recommend. Bad customer service is unacceptable to me.
