  • The BEST dim sum in Phoenix by a wide margin. There is no one remotely close. Great Wall is starchy and tasteless by comparison and they are #2. The other east valley places like C-Fu and Phoenix Palace are too unpredictable - ok served side by side with mediocre and ok days vs. really bad days. I'd given up dim sum in Phoenix. I will never eat dim sum anywhere in AZ again. Superior pork/shrimp shumai. Superior Barbeque pork buns. Great shrimp dumplings. Great fried shrimp balls. Great shrimp rice noodles. Superior rolled bean curd. Wonderful experience. Wonderful service. Can't wait to dive deeper into the place. We are dim sum aficionados and this has made our week.
