| - Perhaps my best experience at a Tula yet!
I popped in for a Friday-afternoon Hot Power class last week. It wasn't my first Power class, after attending one with Brittany at west last fall; however, due to instructor variance, changed sequencing, or perhaps even my own development, it wasn't quite as "powerful" as I recall. I found the sun salutes somewhat slow, disjointed; almost as in an introductory class. I also didn't find that I didn't get as much of a sweaty sweat on as I had previously at Tula classes. But, it was a nice cap to my work week. The instructor was calming (though slow...well, slow for me).
I wasn't too keen on the actual location; thinking it was straight-up "Liberty Villiage", I was a little lost, wondering if I was in the right location as I went even further west than the BMO field. It was a lower level suite, down a few hallways; not a draw, but different from the other two locations. The studio was lovely, but there was something up with the lights; I found it distracting as the lights kept surging every 5-10 seconds. The changerooms may have been a crowning glory; what gorgeous facilities!
Thoroughly enjoyable, but a little far.
