  • Just say no. These are not certified or skilled in any way therapists. I went because I had a neck issue and no matter how many times I asked the guy to lighten up, he continued pummeling me until I finally just said, "Stop, I've had enough" I've gone to some of these "mall massage" places in other states before for a quick chair massage but generally it hasn't been this bad. This place is the worst. Do some research. Find out how these mall massage businesses got started and continue operating. You won't go back.
