  • THIS IS THE WORST PROCESS SERVICE COMPANY IN AZ! So far this place has been a nightmare! Two weeks after I gave them the paperwork, they had no update, had no idea how many attempts had transpired, as a whole, had zero clue about anything that was going on. After yelling at one of their horribly mannered clerks, I spoke with a manager or what ever he is, MIKE. This dude ended up convincing me to spend ANOTHER $50 on them to ensure the other party would be served on time. I told them she needed to be served by a certain date and as that date approached, I got anxious called them, gave them more money and thought all was over once the other party received the paperwork... Boy was I wrong... Not only did I have to pay $110 to get the paperwork to the party (initial $60 then $50 because they are incapable of performing their duties unless they are directly speaking with you) but after everything transgressed, they still didn't complete their job I received a phone call from the court saying they are now changing the date because the other party was never served according to their records.... So I paid $110 for what reason? FAST SERVE AZ failed to complete their duty and FILE the service paperwork to the courts which then shows the courts I never served the other party, which also makes it look like I'm trying to sneek and skeem behind the courts. Now after motions granted dates changed, me getting screwed over, FAST SERVE AZ is fighting with me saying I did it wrong... MIKE a manager or what ever he is, was talking to me in the phone TRYING to confuse me using BS court lingo, and big words... MIKE saying jurisdiction 5 times in a sentence isn't confusing it just makes you look like a retard and is easily spotted by someone who knows what you're trying to do but I digress. After about 5 minutes on the phone with MIKE, and him doing EVERYTHING in his power to put the blame on me so he wouldn't have to refund my money, he couldn't answer a simple question. "DID YOU FILE MY PAPERWORK WITH THE COURT?" Just that question and he couldn't answer it. It's a yes or no, plane and simple. After asking him this 20 times and him deflecting like a politician, he still wouldn't answer. He told me the answer isn't that simple and I don't know what I'm talking about. THIS IS THE WORST PROCESS SERVICE COMPANY IN AZ!
