  • I can't believe how poor the customer service is at ALL Fabulous Freddie's locations including the corporate office. I'm not sure how you get them to take responsibility for damage to vehicles from their equipment, but if you read through many reviews, it seems to happen at all of them... my personal advice STAY AWAY!!! The damage caused to my wheels by the rails in their car wash is gonna cost me a couple hundred bucks.... Thanks a lot.
