  • I'm giving one thousand stars to Jessica and Zarian of Starbucks at Ballys. Jessica is kind patient, and helpful. She let me take my time and decide on a new coffee the French Roast made with a clover brew. Zarian was so confident I would enjoy it he not only stood behind his recommendation, he walked out and up the stairwell, presnted it to with a smile. Mind you this is at 5am on a Sunday, when I experienced such excellent service. those youg adults give hope to customer service in America's laking industry. This is my first review on yelp and I'm glad it is encouraged by such wonderful young adults. I will recommend all who enjoy Starbucks to seek out the two individuals who made my visit more than enjoyable.
