Very disappointing experience. Important information for first time customers.
My mom and I received gift cards for H&S so we made an appointment for an introductory facial. While our aesthetician was amazing it was the payment that ended up being the most frustrating.
Apparently introductory pricing is only for members even though when we booked the appointment with the manager, she herself indicated that the price would be the intro price. The receptionist was charging us $100 instead of the intro price of $69.95 and was being extremely rude as I was trying to explain that that's not what we were quoted when we booked the appointment with the manager. He refused to listen to us, was interrupting us as we tried to explain and told us to contact the manager if we have an issue and he didn't care if we filed a complaint about him either. He then got up and walked away as we were trying to resolve the issue and without even giving us the manager's information. We ended up leaving there more stressed and will never be returning. It's a shame how one person can totally change what would've been an otherwise good experience.
