  • got the chicken mole quesadilla on whole wheat... as a canadian raised with guatemalan family, i'm always torn between wanting authentic products while also loving the variety of ingredients in less traditional tex-mexxy dishes... so they hit the sweet spot for me me with the combo of ingredients without skimping on any... guac, fresh queso, black beans, very fresh corn kernels. also nice touch with the corn tortilla layer inside. delicious without being sloppy. and considering the size of the thing it wasn't overly heavy, had no issues scarfing the whole without regret....
