  • So I went to Horizon about 3 years ago and had a great experience. I called to make an appointment, expressed which location (Pineville) and we settled on an appointment. I received the reminder call today to tell me that my appointment was in Huntersville, not Pineville. I called back and yes, in fact the location was Huntersville. I was on the phone over 20 minutes trying to get an appointment in Pineville. I finally gave up and I'm calling another provider covered in my Network.
