Upon arriving we were seated promptly and that's where all the good parts about this trip stopped. Our waiter took no less than 15 minutes to get to our table to get our drink orders. But before our drink orders came (other than water) he asked us if we were ready to order. We purposely spaced out our appetizer and entrees so we were sure to get our appetizer first (We told him we needed another minute we really didn't we were famished and tired of waiting but we just know if we didn't we would get everything at the same time). Our drinks took 20 minutes to get to the table after they were ordered. At that time we placed an order for our entrees they came out within another 10-15 minutes when we told him we never got our appetizer he bragged and said "Yeah food comes out pretty fast here." So we just struck the appetizer from the bill and told them not to bother. The food was generic fare but for the price you'd think there was something I was missing it's completely ho-hum not innovative or cutting edge (There's literally a thousand taco places within a stones throw of this location) And the thing that really ate at me about this is how they tried to paint themselves as some trendy upscale hipster hangout even dubbing it as a "Gastropub" well Gastropub.. I ordered a beer I ordered a 10% Double IPA not only did they serve it to me in a shaker pint glass (that was also dirty as the lacing only stuck to one side) first of all anyone who orders a premium beer of any kind should get a proper glass not to mention something that's high gravity!? They have an extensive beer selection and yet still serve these massive high gravity premium aromatic beers in pint glasses. This isn't a VFW in the midwest slinging Bud Light this is an establishment painting itself as a premium restaurant there is no excuse for not providing a premium experience! The main takeaways are this: Slow, unprofessional and boring. There is no shortage of good places to eat in the valley so there's no reason to put up with mediocrity.
