  • Four guys just left that did an excellent job of thinning out 10 of our trees in the medium range (a few large). The guys that did the job (I will use initials only so the company will know who they are) were Um, Fr, Jo and Te. Rarely do I call from a mailer. In this case I received their mailer and called. Nick came over on Saturday morning, gave me an estimate and I said let's get it scheduled. He was quick and really knew his subject matter as a Certified Arborist. Today the 4 guys arrived around 11am and worked for 2 solid hours. They had professional equipment including a truck with a chipper mounted to it. They were very professional, courteous and really cared about how I felt a s a customer. Um walked the job with me prior to doing any work to ensure we agreed and I was happy with what they intended to do. This company cares about Total Customer Satisfaction! The clean up was outstanding. I would recommend COTOB Tree Services to anyone who wanted their trees to look like they supposed to look. Thank you for coming out on time and doing such quality work at a reasonable price. When I say reasonable, I apply it to the professionals these guys are. Yes many guys will drive the neighborhoods and offer to trim your trees, but most of them just trim and hack. They do not thin them out and get them healthy as they should be. This is what was done by COTOB team for me today. Thanks again!
