My complaint is about misleading practices , customer service,misrepresentation,intimidation and harassment.
I went into Showcase Honda on April 24, 2017 to purchase a vehicle. I was approved thru Capitol One financing. I took my approval to them and said that I wanted to use them to purchase a vehicle. I was told I was denied on all fronts to buy a car alone and would need to have a co signer ( by Brian Fitzwilliam) . I left and contacted Capitol one and was told they never submitted anything to them or contacted them, i was told to return to get the car. I called them back and was told they never submitted to capitol one. I was begged by Brian to return and offered free oil changes. I did and did paper work on the car. After almost daily i was asked to come in to do more paper work, told i needed to submit paperwork I had already sent in, and had to continually resubmit information to different people. Returned to sign more papers, then May 2/3 I was contacted by Michael and told to resend papers ( i did again) . May 4th I was contacted by Clay Knight and advised to send it AGAIN. May 14/15 I was told to come into resign paperwork ( again) I did . when I arrived the 17th I was told to get the car I would need 1500 OR 2000 warranty that was requested by Capitol one to get the car. I noticed on the paper it said the 11th I wasn't contacted till the 14/15. I asked why wasnt i told sooner or on the phone, and refused to do both. He left and came back after 20 mins and said my loan was done. Capitol One contacted me to do the welcome call, and Told them about how Showcase Honda is doing business and misleading people . The next day I was Contacted by Michael and told because of what I said my financing will not be approved unless I call and Make it right. I was told if I didnt like how they do business I could return the car by the end of the day or they would repo my car. i just filed with the BBB.
I would STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!
